Cutting his teeth in the studios of New York City, Athens Georgia native Ben came up through the ranks of the Bad Boy camp, engineering records with Puff Daddy, Mase, Carl Thomas and Lil' Kim.

There aren’t many people that could make sense of the two musical experimenters in Cee-Lo and Dangermouse but that’s exactly what Ben managed when he recorded and mixed the phenomenal Gnarls Barkley album.  He then did it again with the highly acclaimed Animal Collective.  Ben was a closely kept secret on the Atlanta music scene for years but in the last few years has grown to be massively in-demand from all over the world.  Ben approaches every session with an energy unparalleled and brings with that energy his sonic sensibility and ear for a great song.  Records by Deerhunter, Washed Out and Reptar (who Ben developed) sit comfortably next to massive radio hits "Bright Lights, Bigger City" by Cee-Lo and "I Love College" by Asher Roth both of which Ben also co-wrote.

Chart success has continued for Ben, most notably with the recent Kaiser Chiefs album that he produced which went straight into the UK charts at number one but diversity remains the key for Ben tackling albums by the likes of Belle & Sebastian, Cults, Walk the Moon and Youth Lagoon amongst many others.
